By downloading, installing, or using Cyber Hourglass ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Cyber Hourglass is a digital hourglass timer application for iOS devices. The App provides:

• Visual timer functionality with LED particle animations
• Customizable timer durations and visual styles
• Haptic feedback and completion alerts
• Offline operation without internet connectivity

3. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your iOS device
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access and use the App's features as intended

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device and App installation
• Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not using the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cyber Hourglass, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
